CONSTRUCTION OF 600 MT X 6 SPHERE LPG TANK

Vivek Engineering faced a new challenge in 2016  when they were tasked with fabricating six 600 MT  Horton spheres for a government organization  located in UP. The project was difficult and required  strict adherence to ASME's quality standards, which  included PWHT. 

AGOL, MOMBASA, KENYA

CONSTRUCTION OF 1650 MT X 15 NOS MOUNDED LPG TANKS AND PIPING

Vivek Engineering made its debut in an African country in 2017, where it was  entrusted with the duty of installing 15 mounded LPG tanks, each weighing 1650 MT,  and the corresponding piping. The most demanding part of the project was the  installation of the piping from the jetty to the mound.

JAMUNA GAS, BANGLADESH

LPG TANKS WITH PIPING AND TRUCK LOADING

In 2021, we were given an opportunity to work in Bangladesh where we were tasked to  construct six LPG tanks, each with a capacity of 650 MT and equipped with loading and  unloading facilities. The tanks were built in two halves in India and were subsequently  transported to our client in Bangladesh

CONSTRUCTION OF 800 MT X 2 MOUNDED LPG TANKS

In the year 2021, we successfully arrived at the southern region of India, specifically at  Adani Port or Krishnapatnam port, where we constructed two 800 MT mounded LPG  tanks. The PWHT process was carried out in two halves for both tanks, while EIL acted  as the inspection agency.

GAIL PATA REFINERY, UP, INDIA

CONSTRUCTION OF 2 VERTICAL STORAGE TANK WITH 30 METER DIA

The year 2022 marked the initiation of our largest undertaking in Bangladesh which  involved the construction of six sets of mounded LPG tanks with capacity 1650 MT each,  and six sets of barge LPG tanks with capacity 1250 MT each.

The barge LPG tanks  presented a novel challenge for us as we had to adhere to IGC codes. The project is  currently ongoing, with the mounded LPG tanks completed and the barge tanks  currently under construction.
